Monthly Assessment Increase
After over six years at the same monthly assessment, it is necessary to increase the month assessment to cover the ever increasing costs of maintaining the association. These increased costs relate to the heavy winter and snow removal expenses we just had, unexpected repair of all the roof vents and sewer jacks last fall, and

Congratulations to Steve for being re-elected for another 3 year term on the board for Pheasant Ridge! We reviewed the 2016 Profit & Loss as well as looked at our Projected 2017 Budget. Snow removal was a much larger expense than expected this year and last fall we were able to replace all the roof vents
