The HOA Board Members have made the decision to mail all homeowners a copy of the Profit & Loss statement for 2020 and the budget for 2021. This decision was based on the current issue of COVID-19. We strongly feel that it would not be in everybody’s best interest to gather in a confined area.

After over six years at the same monthly assessment, it is necessary to increase the month assessment to cover the ever increasing costs of maintaining the association. These increased costs relate to the heavy winter and snow removal expenses we just had, unexpected repair of all the roof vents and sewer jacks last fall, and
