We are now accepting applications for a Marketing/Showing Agent Internship on our Resident Services team! We are looking for a positive, upbeat agent to present and show potential residents our available properties. Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our team!

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and performing property showings to prospective residents
  • Assisting with coordination for marketing of available properties
  • Answering phone calls with quality customer service and professionalism
  • Assisting walk-in traffic with confidence and knowledge

Skills & Traits

  • Communicate and interact well with the public
  • Knowledgeable in computer and tablet usage
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Ability to stand on feet majority of the day
  • Positive, upbeat, and personable
  • Professional confidence
  • Adaptable
  • Active Driver’s License (company car will typically be available to use, but may need to use your own car sporadically)
  • Cell phone for timeclock, call, and texting usage

Wages

  • Entry level pay is between $10-$12 per hour plus benefits
  • Employees with relevant experience have the opportunity to make $12-$15per hour plus benefits

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. We work with you on a part time schedule during fall and spring semesters, and a full-time schedule during schedule summer.

This position is for students at Idaho State University, with the Career Path Internship (CPI) program through the College of Business. Our company can provide valuable experience and a flexible work schedule. Many students have found that working 20-25 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours during the summer is an ideal situation that allows them to gain important business skills that will be a benefit for years to come.

We are now accepting applications for a full time Client Experience Coordinator! We are looking for a positive, upbeat agent to assist with answering questions about lease agreements, properties, and maintenance issues. Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our team!

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls with quality customer service and professionalism
  • Assisting walk-in traffic with confidence and knowledge
  • Troubleshooting maintenance issues
  • Assigning out unresolved service issues
  • Preparing and reviewing lease agreements
  • Starting and ending marketing for available properties
  • Processing rental applications or reasonable accommodations
  • Creating and engaging with social media content

  • Ability to sit in a chair majority of the day
