Renter’s Insurance
Life is unpredictable, and unexpected things can happen. Renter’s insurance helps protect you, your belongings, and your financial responsibility when the unexpected comes up. Residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance with liability coverage for the entire term of their lease. Please list Five Star Property Management as a party of interest on your policy and email updated proof of coverage to rentersinsurance@rentfivestar.com. If coverage is not maintained or updated documentation is not provided, a $15 monthly compliance charge may be applied to your account.
