Congratulations to Rhea Tinkham and Carol Taylor! Rhea will be joining the board for a 3 year term and Carol will be joining for a 2 year term.

The meeting is scheduled for March 11, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at the Portneuf District Library. As with each year, a board position will be available. The HOA would like to encourage any owners who rent their unit to give their new tenant’s the Renter’s Guide. It gives answers to the most common questions and concerns regarding the CC&Rs.
