The annual meeting for Pocatello Creek Townhouses will be held on Monday, April 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM at 158 S Main St, Pocatello ID.  We will discuss the past and current state of the HOA as well as financial and maintenance items. To comply with the federal requirements put in place in 2024, we will now be providing an annual financial report for your homeowner’s association.
