The annual meeting for Pheasant Ridge HOA will be held on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 at 5:00 PM at Idaho Central Credit Union Administrative Office at 4400 Central Way, Chubbuck ID, 83202. As the board of directors has been tasked with maintaining the common property within HOA and has identified many areas of deferred maintenance that need attention, it has become apparent that neither the current cash on hand nor future dues are sufficient to complete the necessary maintenance. After reviewing the association’s available cash on hand and future costs of maintaining the exterior landscaping and common areas, the Board of Directors deems it necessary to increase the monthly assessment by $10.00. These will increase the monthly assessment to $175.00 per month. As it is recognized that this cost is best paid over time
