At a general owner’s meeting on Monday, November 02, 2020 convened at the ReMax Real Estate office conference room, a motion was made by Helen Beitia and seconded by Cheryl Anderson to raise the monthly HOA dues from $125.00/month to $150.00/month beginning January 01, 2021.  The motion passed unanimously by those in attendance.
