After reviewing the association’s available cash on hand and future costs of maintaining the exterior landscaping and common areas, the Board of Directors deems it necessary to increase the monthly assessment by $10.00. These will increase the monthly assessment to $175.00 per month. As it is recognized that this cost is best paid over time
