I rented 3 different apartments from Five Star, all back to back, and I had a great experience. Friendly staff, straight forward expectations, and they worked with me. My work schedule usually made it difficult to call them (or for them to call me) during their office hours and as a result I was difficult to get a hold of at times, but that never was an issue with Five Star. If I didn’t get a new job outside of Pocatello I would definitely still rent with Five Star
