I moved from Hawaii to Pocatello, ID and the staff is always friendly and helpful from Day 1. They have made the transition very easy and I am grateful for their awesome service. They are quick to respond to any of your questions and problems. I had a ceiling fan, water heater, and faucet leak issues (on separate occasions) and they were able to send someone out the very same day to fix each issue I had with the apartment. I would definitely recommend or rent through Five Star Management again.
