At a general owner’s meeting on Monday, November 02, 2020 convened at the ReMax Real Estate office conference room, a motion was made by Helen Beitia and seconded by Cheryl Anderson to raise the monthly HOA dues from $125.00/month to $150.00/month beginning January 01, 2021. The motion passed unanimously by those in attendance.
Of the 13 townhouse owners, all but three owners were in attendance. Those owners knew of the suggested increase and gave their verbal or email approval before the general ownership meeting.
The Luxor HOA Board does now sign off and approve of the increase of $25.00 per month as established by a vote of the owners.
