The annual meeting for Quail Ridge Homeowners Association will be held on Tuesday, August 18th, 2020 at 6:00 PM under the large shade tree between 2032 and 2034 Bench Rd, Pocatello ID 83201. After reviewing the association’s available cash on hand and future costs of maintaining the exterior landscaping and common areas, the Board of Directors deems it necessary to increase the monthly assessment by $10.00. These will increase the monthly assessment to $175.00 per month. As it is recognized that this cost is best paid over time

Starting October 1st, the Board of Directors authorizes an addition to the current fee structure for new accounts and delinquent accounts within the association. In order to manage the ownership changes that will occur within the Quail Ridge Homeowners’ Association, the Board of Directors has authorized the addition of an owner transfer fee of $100.
