Heritage Village Association will be holding a meeting on February 20th, 2019 at 6:00 PM at the Marshall Public Library community room located at 113 S Garfield Ave Pocatello, ID 83204. Please see attached PDF for complete details regarding the meeting.
Heritage Village Association HOA Fee Change
The Board of Directors for Heritage Village Association, Inc. has deemed it unnecessary to continue the ongoing monthly special assessment of twenty-five dollars ($25). This will bring down the monthly HOA fees to $110 instead of the former $135 starting January 1st, 2019 (1/1/19). The full notice can be viewed here: HVA Expiration of Special Assessment
Hidden Valley Townhouse Association Fee Structure Change
Starting January 1st, 2019, the board has authorized changes to the Hidden Valley Townhouse Association fee structure. HOA dues will have a 15 day grace period before a late fee of $20 is assessed. Delinquent accounts will be charged interest at 18% APR. If a balance is sent to collections, there will be a 50%

Notice to Fee Changes for New & Delinquent Accounts
Starting October 1st, the Board of Directors authorizes an addition to the current fee structure for new accounts and delinquent accounts within the association. In order to manage the ownership changes that will occur within the Quail Ridge Homeowners’ Association, the Board of Directors has authorized the addition of an owner transfer fee of $100.
