Profit and Loss June 24 – May 25
- A note on the profit and loss statement: Due to delayed billing from Olympus Heights HOA, the bill was received and paid in June 2025. This means that the report does not show this expense that should have fallen during the report dates. Adding this expense to the net loss from last year, the HOA had an actual loss of $3,059.13.
