The annual meeting for Trail Creek Four-Plex HOA will be held on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, at 2:00PM MST at Five Star Property Management, 158 S Main, Pocatello, ID, 83201. A Zoom link will also be provided for those unable to attend. We will discuss the past and current state of the HOA, financial and maintenance items, and electing a new board of directors.
