I have been renting a house from Five Star since January 2013 and have been impressed with the customer service. My house is an older dwelling in the university district, and is a superb location for city living.

Over the past year I have had two separate minor plumbing issues which Five Star resolved very quickly after I reported the problem. I use the online rental payment service, which is very convenient. On the rare occasion that I’ve needed to drop by the Five Star office, the employees have been courteous and professional.

All in all, I am very pleased with this rental agency, and recommend Five Star very highly.
