I have had Five Star manage my investment property for almost 5 years, and have been thoroughly impressed with their service.I am a very meticulous person when it comes to contracts and the details of things.. and Five Star is VERY meticulous.They put in great renters and made sure the property was well kept. A fine balance of making the owner and renter happy. There were also some things that quite frankly they did not have to do at all while it was being rented that kept things rolling. They also made it a seamless transition to get the property turned back over that really made it a five star review.
