I will echo the sentiments of several other reviews here by saying Five Star provides excellent customer service. In my experience staff have been friendly and courteous as well as flexible. In terms of the rental unit, upon move-in the unit exceeded my expectations in terms of the overall condition and cleanliness. Certainly not what I was expecting based upon my initial move-in at other properties in the various states in which I’ve resided. As far as maintenance is concerned, I’ve had to make two requests thus far. In both requests, an outside business was used to perform the maintenance action. The first company was exemplary, with the issue resolved next-day. They even stayed late to ensure the issue was fixed properly! For the second maintenance request, I’ve had to pack my patience, as this took one week to be resolved. So far, Five Star has been easy to work with and understanding, but I’m still waiting for resolution on the issue. An appropriate five stars for Five Star!
