Student Housing

The Six Pointe Student Housing is a great option for students attending college. Each apartment has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen common area. Each student building supplies a couch, an entertainment stand, a dining table, a washer & dryer, storage shelves, TV, and high-speed internet. Each student rents a personal bedroom that includes a roomy closet, beautiful window, and built-in desk (some rooms may vary). Then three students will share a bathroom with spacious counter space. All six students will share the common area, washer & dryer, parking, and storage shelves. All of these buildings are within walking distance of ISU, the grocery store, gas station, restaurants, fast food, and hiking trails. Shorter semester lease agreements are available with price increases. Upon request and maintenance completion, early move-in dates may be available for male or female buildings.
