The annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at 7:00 PM at the Best Western Pocatello Inn (formerly the Cottontree Inn) 1415 Bench Rd, Pocatello, ID 83201. The Board will present the past and current state of the Association and maintenance and financial items will be addressed and reviewed by the Board of Directors. If there are specific items Owners would like to discuss at the meeting, please notify the Board of Directors in writing no later than September 28, 2016 so they may be added to the agenda and addressed appropriately.
