Dues Increase

After reviewing the association’s available cash on hand and future costs of maintaining the exterior landscaping and common areas, the Board of Directors deems it necessary to increase the monthly assessment by $10.00. These will increase the monthly assessment to $175.00 per month.  As it is recognized that this cost is best paid over time and with notice enough to prepare for all homeowners, this increase will start September 1, 2019.  As the Board of Directors, we are committed to maintaining your investment and keeping Quail Ridge a wonderful place to live.
