CC&Rs Third Amendment
The board has added a third amendment to the CC&Rs. The Operating Documents and Bannock County have been updated with this change. It is important to read the amendment as it covers updates to exterior maintenance as well as your insurance. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the office.
