After reviewing the association’s available cash on hand for 2016 and the still pressing need to replace the roofs on buildings not yet replaced, the Board of Directors deems it necessary to renew the 12 month $25 month increase in the monthly assessment to pay for the next roof replacement. This is not an increase but rather and extension of the fee structure already in place. As the Board of Directors, we are committed to maintaining your investment and keeping Heritage Village a wonderful place to live.
To meet these costs and commitments, starting August 1, 2016 and ending July 31st, 2017, the Board of Directors authorizes an increase in the per unit monthly assessment to $130 per month.
