The Board of Directors for Heritage Village Association, Inc. has deemed it unnecessary to continue the ongoing monthly special assessment of twenty-five dollars ($25). Starting January 1st, 2019, the board has authorized changes to the Hidden Valley Townhouse Association fee structure. HOA dues will have a 15 day grace period before a late fee of $20 is assessed. Delinquent accounts will be charged interest at 18% APR. If a balance is sent to collections, there will be a 50%
