Starting January 1st, 2019, the board has authorized changes to the Hidden Valley Townhouse Association fee structure. HOA dues will have a 15 day grace period before a late fee of $20 is assessed. Delinquent accounts will be charged interest at 18% APR. If a balance is sent to collections, there will be a 50% collection agency fee calculated and added to the account at the point it was placed in collections. A $100 transfer fee was also approved by the board and is to be paid by the new owner of the home in the HOA.
