2012 Yearly Meeting

The meeting is scheduled for March 13, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the Clarion Choice Hotel in the Carnelian Room.

As with each year, a board position will be available. Anyone interested in becoming the next board member is recommended to notify us via email (prhoa@hotmail.com). This is a non-paid position that would require the member to be available for occasional meetings and frequent email access. Please inform us of your desire to become a board member so we can post each candidate’s name and information on the website for other homeowners to see before the nomination process. Prior notification is not required, but is recommended so that all homeowners have a chance to be informed about each candidate.

Please download a proxy if you will not be able to attend the meeting and would like someone to vote in your place.

Save the Grass

As the weather warms up, many of us pet lovers are discovering that our furry friend’s urine has killed the grass in many spots. The best remedy is prevention. Start your pet on a supplement designed to prevent urine burnt spots. One such supplement is Grass Saver, sold at PetCo or McKees. It comes in a liquid or treat form. This will reduce the nitrogen in the pet’s urine so it will not burn the grass. Thank you helping us keep your community looking nice.

The New Board Members

Congratulations to Rhea Tinkham and Carol Taylor! Rhea will be joining the board for a 3 year term and Carol will be joining for a 2 year term.
