Notice of Annual Meeting

It is that time of the year again and our annual meeting is coming soon. If you have not already, you will receive a mailed copy as well. This year’s meeting will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017. It will be at the Vineyard Court Common Area at 7:00pm. The park entrance is located between 2762 & 2800 Sonoma St.
We will be discussing the current and past state of the association and going over maintenance and financial items. If you have something specific you would like to be addressed, please contact us before September 2nd to add it to the agenda. The best form of communication would be email (contactus@rentfivestar.com), but you can submit it in writing as well.
There will also be a vote for a new board member as well. Any member of the association can nominate themselves or any other member of the association to be elected. At the end of the meeting, a vote will be held and a new board member will be selected.
