The Board of Directors for Heritage Village Association, Inc. has deemed it unnecessary to continue the ongoing monthly special assessment of twenty-five dollars ($25). This will bring down the monthly HOA fees to $110 instead of the former $135 starting January 1st, 2019 (1/1/19).
